Feeling called to explore your inner magic? To enhance your inner spark? To connect to your authentic self? To celebrate and embrace who you are creatively? Then this workshop is for you... 

During this workshop, we are going to be exploring what it is about ourselves that we deem magical, as well as tapping into our inner spark that is always there to guide us, and creating some art around it in a safe and supportive environment. 

Agenda: 

• Exploring what magic means to us and how we can use this magic to embrace ourselves authentically and for self love.

• A meditation to connect to our authentic self. 

• Creating art pieces exploring our magic and inner spark where we can use these as a visual talisman to remind ourselves how magical we are and use them in times of encouragement. 

• Journalling prompts and affirmations. 

Please note that even if you don't consider yourself an artist, nor 'good' at art, it isn't about that... it's all about exploring the creative process through tapping into your intuition and imagination, and not about the end result. 

All art materials are provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. We will be playing with crayons, textas, watercolour, etc. 

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before so we can start promptly at 1pm. In terms of the venue, there are stairs to get up there, so due to accessibility, this is something to be mindful of. There is street parking at the back as well as a car park - it is two hours, but you will get an opportunity to move your car if necessary. There are bus stops nearby for public transport. 

Please bring with you: 

• A journal to write in. 

• Some snacks to share.

• A plate of snacks to share. 

• A little token of yours that you deem magical (example: a crystal, your favourite fantasy novel, etc.) to have alongside you for encouragement on the day. 

• An oracle card deck if you have one, but I will bring extras to borrow if needed. 

• A pillow/cushion (or blanket if you like) for the meditation.

If you are struggling financially, I am happy to have a chat and I can offer you a small discount - limited places for that option.
